North Carolina dog owners

whose dog is being treated at an affiliated veterinary hospital for a life-threatening condition and |

whose dog has a reasonable chance for survival with a good quality of life for approximately one year following treatment and |
| who have been identified by an affiliated veterinary hospital as having need for financial assistance |
|
Others on a case-by-case basis |

As of November 2001, we are pleased to
introduce the Zach Memorial. This is a new, special fund administered by
Ashley's Angel Fund that provides monetary assistance specifically to dog owners
whose pet has cancer. |

The Zach Memorial is open to North Carolina dog owners:
|
whose dog is being treated through an affiliated veterinary hospital for cancer and |
|
whose pet's expected response from treatment is either achieving a remission and / or prolonging good quality of life and |
| who have been identified by an affiliated veterinary hospital as having need for financial assistance |
